6-month program nutrition alongside fitness. Be prepared to undergo a lifestyle change for ultimate clarity, consistency, and results. This program encompasses 3-day onboarding, professional assessments, a client meal plan determined by our new team (client and nutritionist), 3 days a week of fitness online, accountability check-in 1 day a week, a library of nutrition classes, the library of food assistance, meal prep and a place to let it out!

Every BODY is different. We all have different DNA. What we eat for maximum benefit for each of our bodies is also different.

What if you already have the nutrition piece tuned in to you and it works well? You have figured out when to switch your habits and what to switch the habits to, you just need to add in the fitness part. In this 6-month fitness program, a professional assessment will be done, we will meet 3 times a week at times scheduled to match your schedule. The fitness program will change on average every 6 weeks to avoid plateaus. You will also have access to open classes. (Open classes mean having access to the trainers when they work out and Zumba classes 4 times a week).

This 6-month program is for the believer who already works out their fitness 3+ times a week. The program is built to add nutrition to your fitness lifestyle. One part is already embedded, now it’s a matter of figuring out the food part of it. This program will focus strictly on what you are currently doing, and how we can smoothly implement healthy habits. Assessment is done within the first 3 days of onboarding, and we structure what to eat from there. We will meet up 1 day a week online for check-in and adjustments. You will gain access to the library of nutrition classes, and grocery food selections. Meal prep is included in this program as well. Within 6 months, you and your family will be able to make healthy selections, without it being a tumultuous task.

For my ladies in SoCal, we are doing this thing LIVE! Monthly classes will dictate our focus each month. Each week we will check in and commune on our progress. Activities will be assigned to keep us ALL on our toes and keep us learning stuff we didn't know about ourselves/ family. We will meet up IN PERSON 1x per week for fitness. ARE THERE PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! Payment arrangements can be made through AfterPay and Klarna on a buy now, pay later basis. When you are ready to sign up, click the Let's Work button for the service you want to purchase (under cost). Please note: Most clients have a consult to make sure this program is suited to their goals.

WHY WEIGHTS? I DON’T WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MAN.

When you use weights they trigger your body to recover and burn fat while you are resting. Weights also tone the body faster and raise the metabolism.

WILL THERE BE MAKE-UP DAYS FOR ANY MISSED SESSIONS?

Exercises will be rescheduled. If need be, they can be recorded and sent via email. Check-ins can be made up as time permits. If we cannot schedule a time together on Zoom, staff will request your records, and suggestions will be made via email and/or text.

WILL THE WHOLE FAMILY BE REQUIRED TO EAT WHAT I EAT?

That is your choice. Keep in mind, that we are working to make sure you teach the rest of your family healthy eating habits as well, so it is encouraged, not required. The last 2 months together we begin including the family.

HOW LONG WILL THE WEEKLY CHECK-INS/ EXERCISE SESSIONS TAKE?

The weekly check-in will be 1 hour. The exercise sessions will depend on what days you come on. Most exercises will take 30 minutes or less. Zumba is a 45-minute high-cardio workout (if you want access let me know). Other formats may be added at later dates.
